Water sports definition

Water sports or “marine sports” means commercial water -based recreational activities which take place in CRM regulated waters for which a CRM permit is required. Examples of such water sports are scuba diving, parasailing, jet-skiing, etc.
Water sports means the activities organized by tourist establishments such as snorkeling, surfing, jet skiing, swimming, diving and other recreational activities carried out at sea.
