USE OF EMPLOYER’S ACCOMMODATION/FACILITIES. The Contractor shall take full responsibility for the care of the Employer provided accommodation and facilities, if any, as detailed in the Specification, from the respective dates of hand-over to the Contractor until cessation of occupation (where hand-over or cessation of occupation may take place after the date stated in the Taking-Over Certificate for the Works). If any loss or damage happens to any of the above items while the Contractor is responsible for their care arising from any cause whatsoever other than those for which the Employer is liable, the Contractor shall, at his own cost, rectify the loss or damage to the satisfaction of the Engineer.   • USE OF EMPLOYER FACILITIES 12.01 Reasonable space on bulletin boards in convenient locations will be made available to the Alliance for the posting of official Alliance notices. The Alliance shall endeavour to avoid requests for posting of notices which the Employer, acting reasonably, could consider adverse to its interests or to the interests of any of its representatives. Posting of notices or other materials shall require the prior approval of the Employer, except notices related to the business affairs of the Alliance, including the names of Alliance representatives, and social and recreational events. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.

  • IN EMPLOYMENT, SERVICES, BENEFITS AND FACILITIES Contractor and any subcontractors shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local Anti-discrimination laws, regulations, and ordinances and shall not unlawfully discriminate, deny family care leave, harass, or allow harassment against any employee, applicant for employment, employee or agent of County, or recipient of services contemplated to be provided or provided under this Agreement, because of race, ancestry, marital status, color, religious creed, political belief, national origin, ethnic group identification, sex, sexual orientation, age (over 40), medical condition (including HIV and AIDS), or physical or mental disability. Contractor shall ensure that the evaluation and treatment of its employees and applicants for employment, the treatment of County employees and agents, and recipients of services are free from such discrimination and harassment. Contractor represents that it is in compliance with and agrees that it will continue to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq.), the Fair Employment and Housing Act (Government Code §§ 12900 et seq.), and ensure a workplace free of sexual harassment pursuant to Government Code 12950 and regulations and guidelines issued pursuant thereto. Contractor agrees to compile data, maintain records and submit reports to permit effective enforcement of all applicable antidiscrimination laws and this provision. Contractor shall include this nondiscrimination provision in all subcontracts related to this Agreement and when applicable give notice of these obligations to labor organizations with which they have Agreements.

  • Disability Accommodations The Department does not discriminate on the basis of disability in admission to, access to, or operations of its programs, services, or activities. Individuals who need aids, alternative document formats, or services for effective communications or other disability related accommodations in the programs and services offered are invited to make their needs and preferences known to this office. Interested parties should provide as much advance notice as possible.

  • Reasonable Accommodation for Applicants / Employees with Disabilities The contractor must be familiar with the requirements for and comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act and all rules and regulations established there under. Employers must provide reasonable accommodation in all employment activities unless to do so would cause an undue hardship.

  • Flexible Working Hours The Employer will, where operational requirements and efficiency of the service permit, authorize experiments with flexible working hours if the Employer is satisfied that an adequate number of Employees have requested and wish to participate in such an experiment.

  • Facility Use The Employer shall allow individuals the use of gender- segregated facilities, such as restrooms, locker rooms, and dressing rooms that are consistent with that individual's gender expression or gender identity. In such facilities where undressing in the presence of others occurs, the Employer shall allow access to and use of a facility consistent with that individual's gender expression or gender identity.

  • Employee Facilities Employee Facilities. Restrooms and attendant facilities shall be provided as required in the orders and regulations of the State of Washington Department of Labor and Industries. A good faith effort will be made by the Employer to provide facilities for employees’ personal belongings.

  • Facility Access Notwithstanding any other provision of the Agreement, the Customer shall provide the Authority with such access to the Facility, and such documentation, as the Authority deems necessary to determine the Customer’s compliance with the Customer’s Supplemental Commitments specified in this Schedule B.

  • Vacation Use Vacation leave balances shall be reduced for actual time not worked to the nearest quarter hour. Absences may not be charged to vacation not already accumulated.

  • Proper Accommodation Proper accommodation shall be provided for employees to have their meals and store and change their clothes.
