Use of Counterpart Funds. 4. The Borrower shall ensure that the Counterpart Funds are used to finance the implementation of certain programs and activities consistent with the objectives of the Program.
Use of Counterpart Funds. 6. The Borrower shall ensure that the Counterpart Funds are used to finance local currency costs consistent with the objectives of the Program and shall, in particular, provide relevant budget appropriations to finance the costs relating to implementation of the Program.
Use of Counterpart Funds. 11. The Beneficiary shall ensure that the Counterpart Funds shall be used to (a) finance expenditures for the Beneficiary’s general development purposes; and (b) support the adjustment costs of reforms to be initiated and implemented under the Program.
Use of Counterpart Funds. 6. The Borrower shall ensure that the Counterpart Funds shall be used to finance the structural adjustment costs relating to the implementation of the reforms under the Program and other activities consistent with the objectives of the Program.

The Recipient shall ensure that the local currency funds generated by the Grant will be used to finance the costs relating to the implementation of the Program and other activities consistent with the objectives of the Program and will provide the necessary budget appropriation to finance the costs relating to the implementation of reforms under the Program.

Use of Counterpart Funds. 5. The Borrower shall ensure that Sindh uses the Counterpart Funds to provide necessary budget appropriations in support of programs and activities in line with the Program objectives.
Use of Counterpart Funds. 2. Throughout the implementation of the Program, the Borrower shall ensure that adequate allocations of the required counterpart funds are made, approved and released in a timely manner in order to ensure proper implementation of the Program.
Use of Counterpart Funds. 2. The Recipient shall ensure that the Counterpart Funds shall be used to finance, in accordance with Recipient's public finance management procedures and reporting arrangements, satisfactory to ADB, immediate budgetary expenditures arising from the impact of the global financial crisis and essential public expenditures incurred to sustain delivery of core publicly-funded measures and activities under the Program and shall, in particular, provide necessary budget appropriations to allow withdrawals from the Special Account in support of (a) subventions to poor regions (local governments), (b) employment program, (c) social assistance, (d) utility, food, medicine and telecommunications expenditures in education, health and social protection under the republican budget, and (e) other priority social safety net measures and activities of the crisis mitigation plan implemented by the Recipient satisfactory to ADB. In terms of the support for the subventions to poor regions mentioned above, the relevant utility expenses and food expenditures in education, health and social protection shall be fully covered.

The Borrower shall ensure that the Counterpart Funds are used to finance, in accordance with its public finance management procedures and reporting arrangements, satisfactory to ADB, essential budgetary expenditures to sustain delivery of the core publicly- funded measures and activities under the Program implemented by the Borrower satisfactory to ADB.
