BUDGET APPROPRIATIONS. The CITY is subject to Section 166.241, Florida Statutes, and is not authorized to contract for expenditures in any fiscal year except in pursuance of budgeted appropriations. With respect to this Agreement, the CITY has budgeted and appropriated sufficient monies to fund the CITY’s obligations under this Agreement; however, all funding under this Agreement for subsequent years is subject to the availability of funds. The obligations of the CITY hereunder shall not constitute a general indebtedness of the CITY within the meaning of the Florida Constitution.

BUDGET APPROPRIATIONS. It is acknowledged that designated representatives of the Town have met with the Fire Commissioners of the Village and the officers of the Village Fire Department for the purpose of jointly preparing a recommendation to the Village Budget Officer for the Fire Department appropriations for the forthcoming 2015/2016 fiscal year. Prior to the adoption of the Village budget for the forthcoming 2015-2016 fiscal year, and each year thereafter that this Agreement shall be in place or, in which it shall have expired but no new Agreement has been entered into, designated representatives of the Town shall be authorized to meet with the Fire Commissioners of the Village and the officers of the Village Fire Department for the purpose of jointly preparing a recommendation to the Village Budget Officer for the Fire Department appropriations for the forthcoming fiscal year. The Village Budget Officer will furnish to the Town budget appropriations proposed by the Village for operation of the Fire Department during the forthcoming year. The Town will be given the opportunity to review the proposed budget appropriations and to attend a joint meeting with the Village to review and comment upon the proposed budget appropriations prior to the adoption of the Village budget.

With respect to this Agreement, the CITY has budgeted and appropriated sufficient monies to fund the CITY’s obligations under this Agreement; however, all funding under this Agreement for subsequent years is subject to the availability of funds and continued authorization for program activities and the Agreement is subject to amendment or termination due to lack of funds, reduction of funds and/or change in regulations, upon thirty (30) days’ notice. The obligations of the CITY hereunder shall not constitute a general indebtedness of the CITY within the meaning of the Florida Constitution.
BUDGET APPROPRIATIONS. The Commission shall, in accordance with its normal budgetary procedures, make timely application for, and use reasonable efforts to obtain, budget appropriations reasonably calculated to provide all funds necessary for the Commission’s performance of and compliance with all of the material terms, conditions and covenants contained in this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the Commission shall not be deemed to be in default in the performance of or compliance with any of the terms, conditions, or covenants contained in this Agreement if funds are not specifically budgeted and appropriated therefore at the time of the alleged default. Certification by the Secretary-Treasurer of the Commission that funds are not specifically budgeted and appropriated therefore shall be conclusive as to that issue.
BUDGET APPROPRIATIONS. Upon thirty (30) days written notice, Merchant, if it is a government entity, may terminate this Agreement in the event that funds are not appropriated/allocated by Merchant for the expenses associated with credit card processing for any fiscal year. However, Merchant will continue to be responsible for any liabilities, commitments or obligations arising from payment transactions processed pursuant to this Agreement prior to the effective date of termination. BUDGET APPROPRIATIONS. Fin R 11.1 Transfers of appropriations by the Director of EMBO from one chapter of the budget to another shall be possible for sums of up to 10% of the chapter allocation subject to a maximum sum of 100,000 EURO (subject to review every five years). Transfers in excess of this shall be subject to prior acceptance by the Conference.

  • Authorization of appropriations There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as are necessary to carry out this section.

  • Budget Revisions Grantee shall obtain Prior Approval from Grantor whenever a Budget revision is necessary for one or more of the reasons enumerated in 2 CFR 200.308 or 44 Ill. Admin. Code 7000.370(b). All requests for Budget revisions that require Grantor approval shall be signed by Xxxxxxx’s authorized representative and submitted to Grantor for approval. Expenditure of funds under a requested revision is prohibited and will not be reimbursed if expended before Grantor gives written approval.

  • Annual Appropriation of Funds Contractor acknowledges that the Contract term may extend over multiple City fiscal years, and that work and compensation under this Contract is contingent on the City Council appropriating funding for and authorizing such work and compensation for those fiscal years.
