Use of Company Property. No Member shall make use of the property or funds of the Company, or assign its rights to specific Company property, other than for the business or benefit of the Company.
Use of Company Property. The Employee agrees that while employed by the Company the Employee shall (i) protect and conserve Company property including equipment, supplies and any other property entrusted to the Employee and (ii) not directly or indirectly, use, or allow the use of, Company property of any kind (including property leased to the Company), for other than Company activities, except with the authorizations of a director of the Company.
Use of Company Property. In the event Company provides or makes available to Supplier (or any of its employees or agents) any Company equipment, systems, software or facilities (whether owned, licensed or leased, any “Company Property”) for use in the performance of Services, Supplier shall: (i) not use any Company Property to perform services for any person or entity other than Company, without the prior written consent of Company; (ii) assume the risk of loss for all such Company Property while in its care, custody or control; (iii) take all reasonable precautions to protect Company Property against loss, damage, theft or disappearance while in its care, custody or control; and (iv) take no actions (and make no omissions) which affect Company’s title or interest in or to any Company Property, or which may violate any applicable permits, licenses, laws, codes, ordinances regulations, rules, and governmental orders (collectively, “Laws”).
Use of Company Property. Any Member or Manager shall have the right to use any of the Company property on a first come, first serve basis. Any Member shall pay a reasonable use fee into the common fund, established by the Manager, which shall be used for the expenses of the property and be made as additional capital contributions.
Use of Company Property. No Member shall make use of the funds or property of the Company, or assign its rights to specific Company property, other than for the business or benefit of the Company. Employees of the Members shall have the right to stay at the Property without charge to the extent that such stay is related to the Company’s business. Title to the Company Assets shall be deemed to be owned by the Company as an entity, and no Member, individually or collectively, shall have any ownership interest in such Company Assets or any portion thereof. All Company Assets shall be recorded as the property of the Company on its books and records, irrespective of the name in which legal title to such Company Assets is held.
Use of Company Property. Neither Rivertek, Xxxx nor any other Person shall use for their benefit, or for the benefit of any person or entity other than the Company, any Confidential Information or Company Materials.
Use of Company Property. You will not use the Company's premises, facilities, or equipment for personal purposes.
Use of Company Property. Upon termination, Mannatech authorizes Employee to use the Mannatech equipment and property currently in Employee’s possession. Mannatech’s equipment and property shall be returned to Mannatech upon written notice or upon the expiration of the Non-Compete entered into between Employee and MannatechWithin txxxx days following the execution of this Agreement, MxXxxxxx shall deliver to Mannatech a copy of all Confidential Information contained on the hard drive of any computer’s in MxXxxxxx’x possession.
Use of Company Property. Upon execution by the parties of the Subcontractor Agreement, Executive shall have the right to (a) use the Company Intellectual Property and the Company Confidential Information to provide the Subcontractor Services.
