USE OF CITY FACILITIES. (a) The Association shall be allowed by the City department in which it represents employees' use of space on available bulletin boards for communications having to do with official Association business, such as times and places of meetings, provided such use does not interfere with the needs of the department.

USE OF CITY FACILITIES. (a) The Association shall be allowed the use of areas normally used for meetings of City employees when (1) such space is available and its use by the Association is scheduled in advance, subject to any applicable City department in which it represents employees' use of space on available bulletin boards for communications having to do with official Association business, such as times and places of meetings, provided such use does not interfere with the needs of the department.policies;
