Other Site. If the call back is to a site outside of the 20 mile radius of the Carlsbad Police Department, travel time shall be the actual amount of time required to drive to the call back site and return to employee’s residence. Employees who are called back for immediate service and who are required to return to his or her place of employment or other work location directed by the employer at a time that is not part of the employee's regularly scheduled work shift, are eligible for travel time.
