Common use of USE OF CITY FACILITIES Clause in Contracts

USE OF CITY FACILITIES. Union may use City facilities, on prior approval, for the purpose of holding meetings to the extent that such facilities can be made available, and to the extent that the use of a facility will not interfere with departmental operations. Participating employees will attend said meetings on their own time. If the use of a facility requires a fee for rental or special set-up, security, and/or cleanup service, Union will provide or assume the cost of such service(s) for the facility.

USE OF CITY FACILITIES. The Union shall be held fully responsible for any damages to and to security of any facility that is used by the extent that the use of a facility will not interfere with departmental operations. Participating employees will attend said meetings on their own time. If the use of a facility requires a fee for rental or special set-up, security, and/or cleanup service, Union will provide or assume the cost of such service(s) for the facilityUnion.
