Upon ordering of AIN Selective. Carrier Routing Regional Service, CLEC-1 shall remit to BellSouth the Regional Service Order non-recurring charges set forth in Exhibit C of this Attachment. There shall be a non-recurring End Office Establishment Charge per office due at the addition of each central office where AIN Selective Carrier Routing will be utilized. Said non-recurring charge shall be as set forth in Exhibit C of this Attachment. For each CLEC-1 end user activated, there shall be a non-recurring End User Establishment charge as set forth in Exhibit C of this Attachment, payable to BellSouth pursuant to the terms of the General Terms and Conditions, incorporated herein by this reference. CLEC-1 shall pay the AIN Selective Carrier Routing Per Query Charge set forth in Exhibit C of this Attachment.

  • Forum Selection, Jurisdiction, and Venue The parties agree that any lawsuit filed by either party to this Agreement related to or arising out of this Agreement or Contractor’s performance of work under this Agreement must be brought in a Georgia court of competent subject matter jurisdiction located in Chatham County, Georgia, or in a Federal court of competent subject matter jurisdiction located in the Southern District of Georgia. Contractor agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction of any such court and agrees that any such court shall be a proper venue for any lawsuit related to or arising out of this Agreement or Contractor’s performance of work under this Agreement.   • Selection Criteria for Awarding Task Order The Government will award to the offeror whose proposal is deemed most advantageous to the Government based upon an integrated assessment using the evaluation criteria.
