End Office. A switching entity that is used for connecting lines to lines or lines to trunks for the purpose of originating/terminating calls. Sometimes this term is used to refer to a telephone company building in which switching systems and telephone equipment are installed.

  • Registered Agent and Office The registered agent and the registered office shall be as stated in the Articles of Organization filed with the Louisiana Secretary of State. The Member may change the registered agent or registered office by appropriate filings with the Secretary of State. In the event the registered agent ceases to act as such or the registered office changes, the Member shall promptly designate a new registered agent or file a notice of change of registered office, as the case may be.

  • REGISTERED OFFICE & AGENT The name and location of the registered agent will be as stated in the Company’s formation documents and complies with Section 605.0113 of the Act. Pursuant to Section 605.0410 of the Act, the Members are obligated to maintain and update the business records on file with the Company’s registered agent.
