Quality-based Selection. Services for assignments which the Bank agrees meet the requirements set forth in paragraph 3.2 of the Consultant Guidelines may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Quality-based Selection in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1 through 3.4 of the Consultant Guidelines.
Quality-based Selection. Services for assignments which the Association agrees meet the requirements set forth in paragraph 3.2 of the Consultant Guidelines may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Quality-based Selection in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1 through 3.4 of the Consultant Guidelines.
Quality-based Selection. (b) Selection under a Fixed Budget
Quality-based Selection. Services consisting of training workshops, monitoring and evaluation, and audits, estimated to cost less than $50,000 per contract, may be procured under contracts awarded in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.2 through 3.4 of the Consultant Guidelines.
Quality-based Selection. Services for design and supervision of works under Part A of the Project estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $1,590,000 equivalent may be procured under contracts awarded in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.2 and 3.4 of the Consultant Guidelines.
Quality-based Selection. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, the Borrower shall apply quality-based selection for selecting and engaging consulting services.
Quality-based Selection. Engineering services under Part C of the Project and services to carry out pre- feasibility studies under Part D of the Project may be procured under contracts awarded in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1 through 3.4 of the Consultant Guidelines.
