Unreserved Parking Spaces. Commencing on June 1, 2011, the definition of “Unreserved Parking Spaces” contained in the Basic Lease Information shall be deleted and replaced with the following:
Unreserved Parking Spaces. Tenant, at no additional cost (except to the extent covered in the Operating Expenses), shall have the use of unreserved parking spaces within the Project ("Unreserved Parking Spaces") to the extent that the total of all Reserved Parking Spaces and Unreserved Parking Spaces shall afford Tenant use of parking spaces at an aggregate ratio of four (4) parking spaces for each one thousand (1,000) rentable square feet of the Premises. The Unreserved Parking Spaces shall be within the locations shown on EXHIBIT A. Tenant shall have the use of the Unreserved Parking Spaces, in common with other tenants of the Building, upon such reasonable terms and conditions as may from time to time be established by Landlord.
Unreserved Parking Spaces. As of the AP Commencement Date, the Lease ------------------------- shall be modified to provide that Tenant's Unreserved Parking Spaces (as defined in the Basic Lease Information) shall be increased to 92.
Unreserved Parking Spaces. As of the EP Commencement Date, the Lease shall be modified to provide that Tenant’s Unreserved Parking Spaces (as defined in the Basic Lease Information) shall be increased to 54.
Unreserved Parking Spaces. As of the Amendment Date, the Lease shall be modified to provide that Tenant’s Parking Spaces (as defined in the Basic Lease Information) shall be decreased to 114 non-exclusive and non-designated spaces.

Unreserved Parking Spaces. Landlord hereby grants to Tenant and persons designated by Tenant a license to the non-exclusive use of sixty (60) spaces in the parking lot (the “Lot”) adjacent to the Building on a first come, first served basis, at no charge. The spaces in the parking lot are collectively referred to herein as the “Spaces”. The term of such license(s) will commence on the Commencement Date and will continue until the earlier to occur of the expiration date under the Lease or termination of the Lease or Tenant’s abandonment of the Premises.
Unreserved Parking Spaces. As of the EP Commencement Date, the Lease shall be modified to provide that Tenant’s total parking spaces available in the Park shall be increased to forty-four (44) and Tenant’s Reserved Parking Area shall be increased to nineteen (19) spaces (with the other twenty-five (25) spaces being unreserved).
