Unoperated. The intent of this process is for Municipal Fire Service Organizations. This method is used when mobilizing resources from career-staffed departments or combination career and volunteer/part-time departments when the Operated Agreement is cost prohibitive. FSOs with a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) the equipment will be hired at the unoperated rate and actual payroll costs for personnel will be reimbursed. Combination career-staff and volunteer/part-time departments with an Employee Agreement (EA), as defined below, may be reimbursed for actual payroll costs or no more than the hourly rate listed in the current USFS AD Pay Plan for the position listed on the resource order, including trainee positions. Fire departments with Unoperated Agreements may be reimbursed for backfill costs and portal-to-portal when obligated by their agreement. See Requirements for Reimbursement. When an FSO bills portal-to-portal or for more hours than what is authorized on the Crew Time Report (SF-261) or Incident Time Report (OF-288) to meet the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, and they are billing for more than one incident in a single day (0001 hours to 2400 hours), payroll costs shall be prorated based upon the number of hours actually worked on each incident as documented on the SF-261 or OF-288. Example: A Firefighter worked 8 hours on Fire A and 8 hours on Fire B. Each fire will be billed 50 percent (50%) of the actual payroll costs for the firefighter.

  • Containers The commercial Collection Container shall be of a type that can be serviced by the Contractor's Collection equipment. The customer may either purchase the commercial Collection Container from a source or rent such Container from the Contractor at the rental rate included in the Exhibit II. Containers must be delivered within two (2) business days of receiving a signed service agreement. The storage capacity and frequency of Collection of the Container shall be suitable for the amount of Solid Waste generated by the customer and shall provide that no Solid Waste other than Bulk Waste be placed outside of the Container. The Contractor shall insure that container lids are closed after servicing containers. Customers may change Container size and/or frequency of service as needed or by season. If the customer utilizes a Commercial Can, the Commercial Can(s) must have a maximum capacity of 95 gallons, nominal. The customer may choose to use a Compactor, from any source, provided that the Compactor can be serviced by the Contractor's Collection equipment. Commercial Collection Containers and Compactors shall be maintained in a serviceable and safe condition by the owner of the Container or Compactor. The Contractor shall be responsible for sanitizing the containers or compactors. Damage caused by the Contractor to a customer owned Container or Compactor (other than normal wear) shall be repaired at the expense of the Contractor. In the event a customer owned or contractor owned compactor is damaged or in need of repair, Contractor shall provide suitable, temporary containers within 24 hours of notification, sufficient to provide uninterrupted service to customer until compactor is repaired or replaced. Gates for dumpster enclosures shall be opened and closed by Contractor personnel at no additional charge. All Containers and Compactors provided by the Contractor shall be in good condition, painted and neatly labeled with the Contractor’s name, phone number, size of Container, and the Customer’s name (where multiple customers containers are in the same proximity). The Contractor shall have a written procedure, approved by the contract administrator, for dealing with blocked containers. The Contractor shall not charge the customer any additional fees for placing an empty, Compactor or open type roll-off Container in the same spot from which a full Container is to be collected. The Contractor shall not charge a customer an additional fee for “round trip” service whereby a roll-off Compactor is removed from the customer’s property, emptied at the disposal facility, and returned to the customer’s property.

  • Inventory To the extent Inventory held for sale or lease has been produced by any Borrower, it has been and will be produced by such Borrower in accordance with the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, and all rules, regulations and orders thereunder.

  • Firearms The Resident agrees to comply with University policy which states that firearms are not allowed on University property, and acknowledges that California Penal Code section 626.9 prohibits the possession of firearms on University of California property.

  • Inventories The Operator shall maintain detailed records of Controllable Material.

  • Consumables During the design phase, Purchaser may participate in the selection of suppliers of consumables of the Supplier. In such case, the choice regarding the final selection of the said suppliers shall be mutually agreed between the Parties. Two suppliers shall be identified and selected for each type of consumables.

  • Lottery Unless otherwise exempted in the Public School Code, if more students apply than can be admitted based on the School’s enrollment cap, admission decisions will be made by a lottery processxlii. The School shall adopt in advance the enrollment procedure for vacancies that occur during the school year that complies with applicable law.

  • Recycled Materials Xxxxxxx County encourages the use of products made of recycled materials and shall give preference in purchasing to products made of recycled materials if the products meet applicable specifications as to quantity and quality. Xxxxxxx County will be the sole judge in determining product preference application.
