Ambulances. When ordering an Ambulance, the Resource Order must specify whether ordering a Type 1 Advanced Life Support (ALS), Type 3 Intermediate Life Support (ILS), or Type 3 Basic Life Support (BLS) Ambulance. The license level of staffing must match the equipment ordered.
Ambulances. All ambulances used under the agreement shall be of a Type I, II, or III and shall be procured new for this contract. Ambulances shall meet or exceed the current Federal KKK standards at the time of the vehicles’ original manufacture, except where such standards conflict with State of California standards, in which case the State standards shall prevail. All such ambulances shall also meet or exceed the equipment standards of the State of California. Contractor shall maintain, and provide to the Contract Administrator, a complete listing of all ambulances (including reserve ambulances) to be used in the performance of the Contract, including their license and vehicle identification numbers, and the name and address of the lien holder, if any. Changes in the lien holder, as well as the transfer of ownership, purchase, or sale of ambulances used under the agreement shall be reported to the Contract Administrator.
Ambulances. ­ All Ambulances shall meet the following specifications: a. Current EPA and State of California emission standards b. Title 13, California Code of Regulations c. California Vehicle Code. d. Contractor shall replace or remount ambulances on a five‐year, 250,000‐mile schedule, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Contractor and County.
Ambulances. The Contractor shall maintain, and provide to the County annually, the complete listing of all Ambulances (including reserve Ambulances) used in the performance of the Agreement, including their license and vehicle identification numbers, and mileage. The minimum number of Ambulances supplied for the fleet in the County shall equal at least 130 percent of peak load staffing requirements proposed by the Contractor. The specific intent of this provision is that Contractor has adequate reserve Ambulances to service the County. If reserve Ambulances are to be part of a combined fleet, Contractor must document how the minimum reserve capacity requirement will be met.
Ambulances. All ambulances used under the contract shall be Type I,11, or III, shall be in good condition, and shall meet or exceed the current federal KKK standards at the time of the vehicles' original manufacture, except where such standards conflict with State of California standards, in which case the state standards shall prevail. All such ambulances shall also meet or exceed the equipment standards of the State of California. All ambulances performing emergency response under this Agreement will be permitted annually by the COUNTY. As part of CONTRACTOR's Annual Report, CONTRACTOR shall provide to COUNTY a complete listing of all ambulances (including reserve ambulances) proposed to be used in the performance of the Agreement, including their license and vehicle identification numbers, mileage, and the name and address of the lien holder, if any. Changes in the lien holder, as well as the transfer of ownership, purchase, or sale of ambulances used under the contract shall be reported to the COUNTY. CONTRACTOR shall provide a minimum of three (3) ALS-ready ambulances within the Exclusive Operating Area that are fully stocked with equipment and supplies at all times.
Ambulances. SEMSA shall provide all ambulances, as well as other vehicles and equipment that are necessary for the provision of services required. SEMSA shall have sufficient vehicles to provide the level of service proposed, including ambulances, supervisor’s vehicles, and any other necessary vehicle.

Changes in the lien holder, as well as the transfer of ownership, purchase, or sale of ambulances used under this agreement shall be reported to the Contract Administrator.

Ambulances a. Monday through Saturday three (3) dedicated primary front- line ambulance vehicles with staff during the day, three (3) during the night, one (1) swing shift. and a minimum of two reserve ambulances. All ambulances shall comply with Provider's standard policies and procedures and the requirements of applicable state and federal law. e. Provider shall equip, at its sole expense, all ambulances performing services under this Agreement, or that may perform services under this Agreement, with a two-way radio sufficient to maintain contact with the dispatch center utilized by the City Fire-EMS Department. These two-way radios will have the capability of communicating on radio channels from which the City Fire-EMS Department are dispatched and any fire ground or mutual aid radio channels that may be utilized by the City Fire-EMS Department. f. In addition to state and federal requirements, Provider, at its sole expense, shall equip all ambulances operating in the Service Area with the following equipment: i. One cardiac monitor/ defibrillator with a minimum of 4 lead, 12 lead, continuous waveform capnography, transcutaneous pacing and pulse oximetry that is compatible with equipment carried by the City Fire-EMS Department apparatus. ii. One power cot with power load. iii. One stair chair with decent assist. iv. Video laryngoscope handles and blades. v. Equipment specified by medical director.
