Unexpected Costs. If the cost to Xxxxx Heights to provide dispatch services to Xxxxxx Township during the five year term of this agreement increases at a rate greater than the projected costs, the City of Xxxxx Heights shall provide reasonable analysis and data to Xxxxxx Township to document the increased costs of providing dispatch services; and the parties shall agree that Xxxxxx Township shall pay the proportionate adjusted fee.

Unexpected Costs. If the cost to Xxxxx Heights to provide Communications services to Riverside during the five year term of this agreement increases at a rate greater than the projected costs, Xxxxx Heights shall provide reasonable analysis and data to Riverside to document the increased costs of providing Communications services; and the parties shall agree that Riverside shall pay the proportionate adjusted fee. Any requests from Riverside that increase the scope of Public Safety Communications services from what is currently required shall not be binding on Xxxxx Heights unless approved in writing. Any change in the existing Riverside emergency service area or any change in the scope of Public Safety Communications services to be provided is subject to re-negotiation and mutual written agreement of both parties. Whenever possible, Riverside will notify Xxxxx Heights of any planned special events at least thirty (30) days in advance. If extra personnel are reasonably required to handle the extra workload caused by the special event, Riverside agrees to reimburse Xxxxx Heights for this direct cost.

  • Payment in the Event Losses Fail to Reach Expected Level On the date that is 45 days following the last day (such day, the “True-Up Measurement Date”) of the Final Shared Loss Month, or upon the final disposition of all Shared Loss Assets under this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement at any time after the termination of the Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement, the Assuming Institution shall pay to the Receiver fifty percent (50%) of the excess, if any, of (i) twenty percent (20%) of the Intrinsic Loss Estimate less (ii) the sum of (A) twenty-five percent (25%) of the asset premium (discount) plus (B) twenty-five percent (25%) of the Cumulative Shared-Loss Payments plus (C) the Cumulative Servicing Amount. The Assuming Institution shall deliver to the Receiver not later than 30 days following the True-Up Measurement Date, a schedule, signed by an officer of the Assuming Institution, setting forth in reasonable detail the calculation of the Cumulative Shared-Loss Payments and the Cumulative Servicing Amount.

  • BID AND RELATED COSTS By submission of a bid, the Bidder agrees that any and all costs associated with the preparation of the bid will be the sole responsibility of the Bidder.   • Shift Differential Pay A.   • Bilingual Differential Pay Bilingual Differential Pay applies to those positions designated by the Department of Personnel Administration as eligible to receive bilingual pay according to the following standards:

  • BILLED COSTS Charges for the services cited in Section II will be billed or cost applied in accordance with the procedures established by the county, and recorded on the books of the cost center providing the service. Such charges will be based on the actual allowable costs, as defined by Uniform Guidance, incurred by the cost center responsible for providing the service. Any differences between the billed allowable costs and the actual allowable costs for a particular accounting period will be considered in a subsequent agreement.

  • Disallowed Costs The Contractor is responsible for any audit exceptions or disallowed costs incurred by its own organization or that of its Subcontractors.
