Unbundled Interoffice Facilities. Subject to the conditions of Section 1, where facilities are available, at Premiere’s request, Verizon shall provide Premiere with interoffice transmission facilities ("IOF") unbundled from other Network Elements in accordance with, but only to the extent required by Applicable Law, at the rates set forth in the Pricing Attachment; provided, however, that Verizon shall offer unbundled shared IOF only to the extent that Premiere also purchases unbundled Local Switching capability from Verizon in accordance with Section 10 of this Attachment.
Unbundled Interoffice Facilities. Subject to the conditions of Section 1, where facilities are available, at Z-Tel’s request, Verizon shall provide Z-Tel with interoffice transmission facilities ("IOF") unbundled from other Network Elements in accordance with, but only to the extent required by Applicable Law, at the rates set forth in the Pricing Attachment; provided, however, that Verizon shall offer unbundled shared IOF only to the extent that Z-Tel also purchases unbundled Local Switching capability from Verizon in accordance with Section 9 of this Attachment.
Unbundled Interoffice Facilities. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment, and upon request by ECI, Verizon shall make available to ECI where facilities are available, interoffice facilities (IOF) unbundled from other Network Elements at the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Verizon's DTE MA No. 17 Tariff, as amended from time to time, that relate to or concern IOF unbundled from other Network Elements, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective. Verizon shall provide ECI with access to the unbundled IOF in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law.

Subject to Section 11.7, where facilities are available, at Mpower’s request, BA shall provide Mpower with interoffice transmission facilities ("IOF") unbundled from other Network Elements in accordance with but only to the extent required by Applicable Law, at the rates set forth in Exhibit A and in BA's applicable Tariffs, if any, as amended from time to time and in accordance with Section 20; provided, however, that BA shall offer unbundled shared IOF only to the extent that Mpower also purchases unbundled local switching capability from BA in accordance with Section 11.4 of this Agreement.

Subject to Section 1.7, where facilities are available, at SPRINT’s request, VERIZON shall provide SPRINT with interoffice transmission facilities ("IOF") unbundled from other Network Elements in accordance with but only to the extent required by Applicable Law, at the rates set forth in Part IV and in VERIZON's DTE MA No. 17 Tariff, as amended from time to time and in accordance with Section 24.11 of the General Terms and Conditions of this Agreement; provided, however, that VERIZON shall offer unbundled shared IOF only to the extent that SPRINT also purchases unbundled local switching capability from VERIZON in accordance with Section 1.4 of this Part II.

Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment, and upon request by DSLnet, Verizon shall make available to DSLnet where facilities are available, interoffice facilities (IOF) unbundled from other Network Elements at the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Verizon's DTE MA No. 17 Tariff, as amended from time to time, that relate to or concern IOF unbundled from other Network Elements, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective. Verizon shall provide DSLnet with access to the unbundled IOF in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law.

Verizon shall provide NUI with such IOF in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law.

Verizon shall provide North Atlantic with access to the unbundled IOF in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law.
