UClassroom VisitationU. Classroom visitation(s) shall occur for each preparation sometime during weeks 1-6. Each team evaluator shall meet with the probationary professor no later than the end of week 7 to go over the H.4. form, and the probationary professor will have the opportunity to read, comment on, and sign the form. Any rating of “performance does not meet the standard” in any area of the classroom visitation or an overall rating from any individual team evaluator of “improvement recommended” shall result in an evaluation team meeting with the probationary professor by the end of the 8th week, which shall include prescriptive comments and a second round of classroom visitations will occur sometime during weeks 10-14. Evaluation team member(s) will conduct these visitations. A second classroom evaluation form H.4.a, noting “2nd visit” will be completed by the team member(s). The probationary professor will have the opportunity to read, comment on, and sign the form. Classroom visitations will be summarized by the team in H.7.a and in H.7.b if the team determines that prescriptives are necessary following the second visit.

  • Classroom Visitation To provide patrons of the District the opportunity to visit classrooms with the least interruption to the teaching process, the following guidelines are set forth:

  • Classrooms The Board shall be responsible for maintaining a standard of cleanliness in each teacher’s classroom.

  • Union Visitation A duly credited representative of the Union shall have the right to visit any of the Employer's stores covered hereunder any time during normal working hours for the purpose of ascertaining whether this Agreement is being properly observed, provided that there shall be no interruption of, or interference with the Employer's business.

  • Classroom Management The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates in his/her performance a competent level of knowledge and skill in organizing the physical and human elements in the educational setting.

  • Driver Training A. All drivers are to be provided with appropriate training and refresher courses each year in the following areas as a minimum: * Proper use of equipment including communications equipment; * Defensive driving; * Emergency and accident procedures; * Identifying unusual passenger behavior; * Student harassment and bullying; * Conducting evacuation drills; * Sensitivity training in working with disabled persons; * Human relation skills in working with parents, school staff, etc; * General vehicle maintenance and pre-trip inspections; and * Map reading and city street coordinates. The Department of Business and Transportation Services may review Contractors’ bus driver training program, upon request.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Software Maintenance and Support If You purchase Software Maintenance and Support for the Software, the Software Maintenance and Support will be provided as described in Kofax’s then current Software Maintenance and Support Agreement, available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/legal/SMSA, and which is incorporated herein by this reference. If You are active and current on Software Maintenance and Support, You may request reconfigurations of the Software subject to Your payment of Kofax’s then current standard rates for such reconfigurations. Kofax will have no liability to You arising from or related to Your cessation of Software Maintenance and Support, whether from Your failure to timely renew Software Maintenance and Support or otherwise. If You elect to reinstate Software Maintenance and Support following expiration of the Software Maintenance and Support for whatever reason, You will (a) pay a reinstatement fee equal to the sum of the current annual Software Maintenance and Support fees, any unpaid Software Maintenance and Support fees from the date of expiration to the date of reinstatement, and an amount equal to one additional year of Software Maintenance and Support fees, and (b) apply all upgrades, enhancements and new releases to the Software needed to bring Your Software current with Kofax’s most current supported version of the Software. Software Maintenance and Support pricing will increase for renewal terms by an amount not to exceed 5% of the prior year term fee, provided that increases associated with additional software license purchases, if any, will be incorporated into the base for the purpose of calculation of each annual increase.

  • Maintenance and Support Services As long as you are not using the Help Desk as a substitute for our training services on the Tyler Software, and you timely pay your maintenance and support fees, we will, consistent with our then-current Support Call Process:
