TUITION FOR CHILDREN OF BARGAINING UNIT MEMBERS. A. The Huron Board of Education, under Ohio Revised Code and Board Policy JECB, provides that a student whose parent(s) is(are) employed full-time in the District shall be admitted without tuition obligation to the schools of the district, provided that the student is enrolled on or before the first day of classes in any school year. All students admitted under this policy shall be entitled to continue attending without tuition obligation until they graduate.

  • Multi-Year Planning The CAPS will be in a form acceptable to the LHIN and may be required to incorporate (1) prudent multi-year financial forecasts; (2) plans for the achievement of performance targets; and (3) realistic risk management strategies. It will be aligned with the LHIN’s then current Integrated Health Service Plan and will reflect local LHIN priorities and initiatives. If the LHIN has provided multi-year planning targets for the HSP, the CAPS will reflect the planning targets.

  • Union Bargaining Committee A Union Bargaining Committee shall be appointed by the Union and shall consist of up to three (3) members of the Union together with the President of the Union or her designate. The Union shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of members of the staff of the Union when negotiating with the Employer.

  • Multi-year Planning Targets Schedule A may reflect an allocation for the first Funding Year of this Agreement as well as planning targets for up to two additional years, consistent with the term of this Agreement.
