TRANSITIONAL ELECTIONS Clause Samples
The "Transitional Elections" clause establishes the procedures and framework for conducting elections during a period of transition, such as after a change in government or organizational restructuring. It typically outlines who is eligible to vote or stand for office, the timeline for holding the elections, and any special rules that apply during the transitional phase. By providing clear guidelines for the electoral process in times of change, this clause ensures continuity, legitimacy, and stability, preventing disputes and confusion over leadership during transitional periods.
