Transfer of Employees on Leaves of Absence. All obligations to Post Employees on a leave of absence of any type on the Distribution Date shall be the responsibility of Post. All obligations to Ralcorp Employees on a leave of absence of any type on the Distribution Date shall be the responsibility of Ralcorp.

Transfer of Employees on Leaves of Absence. All obligations to EHP Employees on a leave of absence of any type as of the Effective Time shall be the responsibility of EHP. All obligations to EPC Employees on a leave of absence of any type as of the Effective Time shall be the responsibility of EPC.
Transfer of Employees on Leaves of Absence. All obligations to Downstream Employees (excluding employees on sick leave who became eligible for long-term disability benefits prior to April 1, 1998) on a leave of absence of any type on the Distribution Date shall be the responsibility of Marathon Petroleum. All obligations to (i) Upstream Employees on a leave of absence of any type on the Distribution Date and (ii) Downstream Employees on sick leave who became eligible for long-term disability benefits prior to April 1, 1998 shall be the responsibility of Marathon Oil.

  • Employees on Layoff A classified employee who receives an Employer Contribution, who has three (3) or more years of continuous service, and who has been permanently or seasonally laid off, remains eligible for an Employer Contribution and all other benefits provided under this Article for an extended benefit eligibility period of six (6) months from the date of layoff.

  • Leaves of Absences 14.01 Written requests for personal leaves of absence without pay for educational or personal reasons will be considered on an individual basis by the employee’s manager or her designate. Such requests are to be submitted as far in advance as possible with a minimum notice of four (4) weeks except in cases of emergency or if the Employer determines that service needs and staffing requirements can accommodate a leave on shorter notice. A written reply will be given as soon as possible. Such leave shall not be unreasonably withheld.   • Paid Leaves of Absence Paid leaves of absences granted under this Article shall not exceed the employee's normal work schedule.
