An employee participating in the program shall be expected to meet all contractual obligations and established work rules, unless waived by mutual agreement of the City and the Union. Contractual Rights and Obligations. At Closing, Buyer shall assume all rights and obligations of Seller under those certain equipment leases and other contracts identified on Exhibit "B" attached hereto.
