Traffic Facilities.  The following traffic facilities shall be provided in accordance with the NSW Roads and Traffic Authority Supplement to Austroads Guide to Road Design, and NSW Roads and Traffic Authority Supplement to Australian Standards AS1742 and AS1743. o Line marking and regulatory signage in New Road (East). o Parking signage in New Road (East).

Traffic Facilities. The Contractor shall use only the established roadways and such temporary roadways on the premises as may be authorized by the Contracting Officer. When it is necessary to cross curbing or sidewalks, the Contractor shall construct secure bridges across them; and at the completion of all work such bridges shall be removed by the Contractor. Work involving construction in driveway or roadway areas (excavation, backfilling, paving, etc.) shall be accomplished as expeditiously as possible. Traffic shall be maintained at all times with adequate warning signs installed immediately adjacent to detours, temporary bridges, etc. Signs, barricades, ropes, etc. shall be furnished by and placed by the Contractor and removed by the Contractor upon completion of work. Should the Contractor's operations result in deposition of dirt or other debris on roads or walks, such facilities shall be cleaned the same day of occurrence and in such manner as will prevent the formation of undesirable quantities of mud or dust, or the creation of any other nuisance. The Contractor shall make its own arrangements for use of private or public road, rail, or marine facilities.

  • PUBLIC FACILITIES Supplier’s employees may be required to perform work at government- owned facilities, including schools. Supplier’s employees and agents must conduct themselves in a professional manner while on the premises, and in accordance with Participating Entity policies and procedures, and all applicable laws.

  • Toilet Facilities The Employer provides the Contractor access to toilet facilities. Temporary chemical toilets are provided by the Contractor where deemed necessary.

  • Verizon OSS Facilities Any gateways, interfaces, databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, used by Verizon to provide Verizon OSS Services to CBB.

  • Network Facilities At the time of termination, the Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Entities shall keep in place any portion of the Interconnection Facilities that the Transmission Provider deems necessary for the safety, integrity and/or reliability of the Transmission System. Otherwise, Transmission Provider may, in its discretion, within 30 days following termination of Interconnection Service, require the removal of all or any part of the Interconnection Facilities.

  • Laundry Facilities SF State University assumes no responsibility in the use of laundry equipment or for lost items.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner.

  • TEACHER FACILITIES A. Each school shall have the following facilities:

  • System Upgrade Facilities Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities described in Appendix A hereto. The responsibility of the Developer for costs related to System Upgrade Facilities shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Attachment S to the NYISO OATT.

  • Underground Facilities All underground pipelines, conduits, ducts, cables, wires, manholes, vaults, tanks, tunnels, or other such facilities or attachments, and any encasements containing such facilities, including without limitation those that convey electricity, gases, steam, liquid petroleum products, telephone or other communications, cable television, water, wastewater, storm water, other liquids or chemicals, or traffic or other control systems.

  • Facilities Keep all properties useful or necessary to Borrower's business in good repair and condition, and from time to time make necessary repairs, renewals and replacements thereto so that such properties shall be fully and efficiently preserved and maintained.
