Toilet vaults. A. The Contractor is responsible for pumping toilet vaults and disposal of effluent. Pumping of the vaults must be performed at the end of the season, and as requested by the Program Manager during the season (estimated pumping is 2 to 4 times per season). When requested by the Program Manager, vault pumping shall be completed within five (5) business days of request. The Contractor must provide documentation with each invoice for pumping vaults.
