LAVATORIES definition

LAVATORIES. Per Exhibit "J".
LAVATORIES. The contractor shall ensure lavatories are clean, sanitary, and accessible.
LAVATORIES. Daily: Five (5) days each week, including Monday through Friday, and excluding the holidays set forth in Section 8.1 ("Landlord Obligations") of the Lease:

Examples of LAVATORIES in a sentence

  • PUBLIC LAVATORIES (Nightly or as otherwise designated) Wash and dry all bowls, seats urinals, washbasins and mirrors.

  • CORE LAVATORIES Sweep and wash all lavatory floors nightly, using disinfectants.

  • Toilet means a disposal apparatus used for urination and defecation, fitted with a seat and flushing device.

  • Toilet room means a room containing a water closet and a wash basin.

  • CABS means the Carrier Access Billing System.

  • Toileting means getting to and from the toilet, getting on and off the toilet, and performing associated personal hygiene.

  • Elevator means any hoisting or lowering device to connect floors or landings, whether or not in service, and all appliances pertaining to the elevator, including any car, platform, shaft, hoistway, stairway, runway, power equipment and machinery; THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE:

  • Kitchen means a food preparation area that includes a sink, refrigerator and a microwave oven or stove.

  • drain means (subject to Section 219(2) of the 1991 Act) a drain used for the drainage of one building or any buildings or yards appurtenant to buildings within the same curtilage;

  • washing means a process of separation by water using only size as a criterion;

  • Lobby means a covered space in which all the adjoining rooms open;

  • Duct is a single enclosed path to house facilities to provide Telecommunications Services.

  • Cleaning means the act of removing septage or other wastes from a wastewater treatment system component or grease/waste from a grease interceptor.

  • Basement means any area of the building having its floor subgrade (below ground level) on all sides.

  • Parking None unreserved vehicle parking spaces ("UNRESERVED PARKING SPACES"); and None reserved vehicle parking spaces ("RESERVED PARKING SPACES"). (Also see Paragraph 2.6.)

  • Dock means a fixed or floating structure extending from land out over water, including access walkways, terminal platforms, catwalks, mooring pilings, lifts, davits, and other associated water-dependent structures, used for mooring and accessing vessels.

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Rack means a mechanism for delivering motor vehicle fuel or diesel from a refinery or terminal into a truck, trailer, railroad car, or other means of non-bulk transfer.
