THERMAL SPRAY-ON INSULATION. The Contractor shall apply a spray-on marine grade thermal insulating coating to the bulkheads and overheads in the deckhouses, the bulkheads and overheads exposed to solar loads (plus 24-inches) in the bunk room area. The coating shall be a water-based, low-VOC coating that is comprised of air-filled ceramic and silica beads suspended in an acrylic binder, similar to Mascoat Marine-DTM. The coating shall be applied in accordance with manufacturer’s requirements to a minimum dry thickness of 20-mils. Work production shall be scheduled and executed to minimize the need to perform hot work after the thermal coating has been applied. Damaged thermal coatings shall be removed and repaired in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. The thermal coating shall have an epoxy coating applied over it in accordance with Contract Clause C406. The Contractor shall notify the COR 7 days prior to the application of the thermal spray-on insulation. After the thermal spray-on insulation is applied, and prior to epoxy paint coatings being applied or fiberglass insulation installed, a manufacturer’s representative shall inspect the application and provide a letter certifying it was installed in accordance with their recommendations.

A copper subloop is a portion of a Copper Loop, or Hybrid Loop, and is comprised entirely of copper wire or copper cable that acts as a transmission facility between any accessible terminal in Sprint’s outside plant, including inside wire owned or controlled by Sprint, and the end-user customer premises. A copper subloop can also include intermediate devices, such as repeaters, used to establish the transmission path. Copper subloops can be used by CLEC to provide voice-grade services as well as digital subscriber line services. Access to copper subloops is subject to the collocation provisions of this Agreement. Copper subloop consists of the distribution portion of the copper loop. Sprint is not obligated to offer feeder loop plant as a stand-alone UNE.

  • Required Coverages For Generation Resources Of 20 Megawatts Or Less Each Constructing Entity shall maintain the types of insurance as described in section 11.1 paragraphs (a) through (e) above in an amount sufficient to insure against all reasonably foreseeable direct liabilities given the size and nature of the generating equipment being interconnected, the interconnection itself, and the characteristics of the system to which the interconnection is made. Additional insurance may be required by the Interconnection Customer, as a function of owning and operating a Generating Facility. All insurance shall be procured from insurance companies rated “A-,” VII or better by AM Best and authorized to do business in a state or states in which the Interconnection Facilities are located. Failure to maintain required insurance shall be a Breach of the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)

  • Contractor’s Xxxxxxxx to City Compensation. The Contractor shall send invoices to the City on a monthly or bi-monthly basis for the amounts to be paid pursuant to this contract. Each invoice shall document, to the reasonable satisfaction of the City: such information as may be reasonably requested by the City. Within 60 days after the City receives an invoice, the City shall send the Contractor a check in payment for all undisputed amounts contained in the invoice.

  • Equipment Cleaning (a) Areas, known by Forest Service prior to timber sale advertisement, that are infested with invasive species of concern are shown on Sale Area Map. A current list of invasive species of concern and a map showing the extent of known infestations is available at the Forest Supervisor’s Office. For purposes of this provision, “Off-Road Equipment” includes all logging and construction machinery, except for log trucks, chip vans, service vehicles, water trucks, pickup trucks, cars, and similar vehicles.

  • Fire Fighting Costs of operating and maintaining the fire-fighting equipments and personnel, if any.
