The Staffing Plan Committee. Consistent with HB 2800 and applicable 28 regulations, the Staffing Plan Committee is responsible for developing, monitoring, 29 evaluating and modifying the Staffing Plan in order to provide adequate nurse staffing 30 for the delivery of safe and effective patient care. To that end, the parties agree to the 31 following specific contractual provisions.

  • Staffing Committee A. Responsibilities. The Nurse Staffing Committee (“NSC”) shall be responsible for determining the Institute’s staffing plan and resolving complaints raised by nurses regarding the implementation of the plan as well as those activities required of it under RCW 70.41, et seq and its successors.

  • Staffing Plan 8.l The Board and the Association agree that optimum class size is an important aspect of the effective educational program. The Polk County School Staffing Plan shall be constructed each year according to the procedures set forth in Board Policy and, upon adoption, shall become Board Policy.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.
