Principle and Calculation. You undertake to return the Vehicle to Zimbabwe Car Hire at the agreed place, on the date and at the time indicated on the rental agreement. The maximum duration of a rental agreement may vary. The rental duration is calculated on the basis of indivisible periods of 24 hours, starting from the time the Vehicle is made available. However, a 30 minute grace period is applied at the end of the rental before the start of a new 24-Hour period. If you return the Vehicle to any other Zimbabwe Car Hire rental location other than the agreed location, repatriation costs will be charged to you.
Principle and Calculation. You undertake to return the Tab(s) to the Company at the agreed place, on the date and at the time indicated on the rental agreement. The maximum duration of a rental is 7 days continuous (to increase this you must have explicit approval from the Company). The rental duration and amount will be agreed upon delivery of the Tab(s) and the signing of the rental agreement. In case of you return the Tab(s) to any other rental location than the agreed location you need have explicit approval from the Company.

Principle and Calculation. Renter undertakes to return Vehicle to Owner at the agreed place, on the date and at the time indicated in the Reservation. The rental duration is calculated on the basis of indivisible periods of 24 hours, starting from the time Vehicle is made available. However, unless agreed differently in the Reservation, a 59 minute grace period is applied at the end of the rental before the start of a new 24-Hour period. This can in any case not be considered as a silenced extension of the rental. Extra rental days, mileage costs, equipment costs, insurance or waiver costs will be charged as defined in the Reservation until Vehicle is returned to Owner. If Renter returns Vehicle to any other rental station than the agreed location, repatriation costs will be charged to Renter. Owner strongly recommends that Xxxxxx carefully reads this information available at Owner's rental station counter.

  • DATA FOR CALCULATIONS The initial calculations for any payments owing under this Agreement shall be based upon the valuations placed upon the Qualified Property by the Appraisal District in its annual certified appraisal roll submitted to the District pursuant to § 26.01 of the TEXAS TAX CODE in or about July of each year of this Agreement. The certified appraisal roll data shall form the basis from which any and all amounts due under this Agreement are calculated, and the data utilized by the Consultant will be adjusted as necessary to reflect any subsequent adjustments by the Appraisal District to the District’s appraisal roll. Any estimates used by the Consultant to make calculations as required by this Agreement shall be based on the best and most current information available. The Consultant shall from time to time adjust the data utilized to reflect actual amounts, subsequent adjustments by the Appraisal District to the District’s certified appraisal roll, or any other relevant changes to material items such as student counts or tax collections.

  • METHODS OF CALCULATION 1. Bi-Weekly 158. An employee whose compensation is fixed on a bi-weekly basis shall be paid the bi-weekly salary for his/her position for work performed during the bi-weekly pay period. There shall be no compensation for time not worked unless such time off is authorized time off with pay.

An employee who has completed eight years but less than fifteen years of continuous service as of his anniversary date of hire shall be entitled to four annual vacation with Effective in the vacation year where the date for determining vacation entitlement in the individual Hospital falls on or after January the service requirement for four weeks vacation shall be six or more years of full-time continuous service. Effective in the vacation year where the date for determining vacation entitlement falls on or after January the service requirement for four weeks vacation shall be five or more years of full-time continuous service. An employee who has completed fifteen years but less than twenty-five years of continuous service as of his anniversary date of hire shall be entitled to five annual vacation with pay. An employee who has completed twenty-five or more years of continuous service as of his anniversary date of hire shall be entitled to six weeks annual vacation with pay. Vacation pay shall be calculated on the basis of the employees' regular straight time rate of pay times their normal weekly hours of work, subject to the application of the Effect of Absence provision.

  • Calculation Any figure or percentage referred to in this Agreement shall be carried to seven decimal places.
