THE OWNER’S COVENANTS. The Owners jointly and severally COVENANT AND AGREE with the Council to pay the Affordable Housing Contribution as increased by the indexation provision in Clause 10 to the Council no later than the date of first Occupation of the/a (delete as appropriate) New Dwelling to be Occupied and not to Occupy the/any New Dwelling (delete as appropriate) until such payment has been made to the Council in full including any interest due thereon under the terms of this Agreement
