The District's Right to Discipline. Action taken under this Article shall be corrective, progressive, reasonably related to the seriousness of the misconduct, encompassing the number and frequency of verifiable prior incidents of misconduct by the unit member, and shall occur in a timely manner. The unit member will be given timely notice when required to attend a meeting called by the District that may lead to discipline, and has the right to be represented by the Association in such meetings.
