THE CONTRACT TERM. Contractor shall not commence work under this Contract before the Effective Date of this Contract, which shall be the latter of the two dates of signature. The Contract Time shall be one hundred and fifty (150) consecutive calendar days from the Effective Date. All Work shall be completed no later than May 15, 2015. Contractor will pay DEQ liquidated damages in the amount of five hundred ($500) dollars per day for each day beyond May 15, 2015, that the Work is not substantially complete.

  • Contract Term The period of Contractor's performance shall begin on November 1, 2018 and end on October 31, 2019 with an option to renew for an additional three (3) twelve (12) month periods.

  • Renewal Contract Term Upon mutual written agreement, the Parties may renew this Contract, in whole or in part, for a Renewal Term not to exceed the Initial Contract Term, pursuant to the incorporated Special Contract Conditions.
