Notwithstanding section 5.2, if the Applicant becomes subject to a Termination Order or otherwise ceases to be a Market Participant, the Applicant shall remain subject to any confidentiality provisions contained in the Market Rules for all information obtained by or provided to the Applicant while the Applicant was a Market Participant.
