Territorial Area Involved. This Franchise is granted for the corporate boundaries of the City, as it exists from time to time. In the event of annexation by City or as development occurs, any new territory shall become part of the territory for which this Franchise is granted. In addition, the City and Grantee acknowledge that as of the effective date of this Franchise, the Grantee intends to provide service to the entire Franchise Area.

Access to Cable Service shall not be denied to any group of potential cable Subscribers because of the income of the residents of the potential cable Subscribers or the area in which such group resides.

Territorial Area Involved. This Franchise is granted for the corporate boundaries of City, as it exists from time to time. In the event of annexation by City, or as development occurs, any new territory shall become part of the area covered, provided, however, that Grantee shall not be required to extend Service beyond its present System boundaries unless there is a minimum density equivalent of eight (8) homes per one-quarter (1/4) cable mile. Access to cable service shall not be denied to any group of potential residential cable subscribers because of the income of the residents of the area in which such group resides. Grantee shall be given a reasonable period of time to construct and activate Service to annexed or newly developed areas.
