Common use of Temporary/Seasonal Employee Clause in Contracts

Temporary/Seasonal Employee. Any individual employed on a temporary or seasonal basis, as determined by the Employer, who shall be employed for no longer than a six (6) month period. If such an employee is hired as a result of an approved leave of absence or worker’s compensation leave, the temporary/seasonal employee shall be employed for the term of the leave of absence. Such employee shall not be represented by this Union, and shall not be entitled to any benefits outlined in this Labor Agreement.
