Temporary Promotion Pay. Any Employee approved by the President to perform the job duties of a higher pay range position shall receive a temporary promotion with an increase in pay equal to the pay provided at the higher pay range position, calculated at 2.5% increase per range of temporary promotion. Any Employee who receives a temporary stipend for additional duties shall receive that stipend in addition to the monthly pay as long as those duties remain assigned.
