Temporary or Seasonal. In the event a temporary or seasonal employee is hired as a regular full-time or regular part-time employee, such individual shall serve the full probationary period.

In the event a temporary Temporary or seasonal employee Seasonal is hired as a regular full-time or regular part-time employee, such individual shall serve the full applicable probationary period. However, if the Temporary or Seasonal is full-time (40 hours per week) and is promoted to a regular full-time employee, and there is no break in service, then the employee’s original date of hire as a Temporary or Seasonal shall be the date the probationary period begins.
