Temporary Mate’s Scheduled Vacation Leave and Compensatory Time Off. Any vacation leave on the IBU Forty (40) Hour Block Calendar and any vacation leave and/or compensatory time off on the IBU Single Day Calendar, as April 1, 2013, shall be honored and shall be paid at the IBU rate of pay when in an Extended Temporary Second Mate assignment for the 2013 Summer Season. A Temporary Mate may choose to cancel any scheduled vacation leave or compensatory time while working as a Second Mate.
