Replacement Provisions. If such a finding is made, the parties shall immediately enter into collective bargaining negotiations for the purpose of arriving at a mutually agreed upon modification for the invalid Rule, Section or portion.

Replacement Provisions. (a) An employee who is in receipt of an issue of uniform/clothing will have replacement made when he/she surrenders unserviceable items previously issued. (b) Replacement shall be made such that the number of said items in an employee's possession is equal to the number of said items provided for in this Agreement.
