Opening Period Clause Samples

The Opening Period clause defines the specific timeframe during which certain actions, rights, or obligations under an agreement become effective or can be exercised. Typically, this period marks the initial phase of a contract, such as when a tenant may first access leased premises or when parties can begin performing contractual duties. By clearly establishing when the agreement's provisions commence, the clause ensures all parties have a mutual understanding of their timelines, thereby preventing disputes related to premature or delayed performance.
