TECHNICAL CONFERENCES / REVIEW MEETINGS. In addition to those conferences/meetings required by the NAVSEA Standard Items, Contractor personnel shall be available for informational meetings with the Project Manager to discuss the direction, progress, results, and/or issues that occur during the performance of each DO placed under this contract. Contractor and Government representatives shall meet as required by the Government (with two (2) working days advance notice), for the duration of the contract to review the Contractor’s performance on either individual or a collection of DOs and/or to share feedback and/or lessons learned.

TECHNICAL CONFERENCES / REVIEW MEETINGS. C.15.1. Contractor and Government representatives shall meet weekly unless agreed to by the Government, while delivery orders are in place, for the duration of the contract to review the Contractor’s performance in providing support under this contract. Meeting times shall be arranged and agreed to by the Government and Contractor.

  • Review Meetings During the review meetings the Project Managers shall discuss progress made by the Contractor in the performance of this Contract. Each party shall provide a status report, as desired by a Project Manager, listing any problem or concern encountered since the last meeting. Records of such reports and other communications issued in writing during the course of Contract performance shall be maintained by each party.

  • Business Review Meetings In order to maintain the relationship between the Department and the Contractor, each quarter the Department may request a business review meeting. The business review meeting may include, but is not limited to, the following: • Successful completion of deliverables • Review of the Contractor’s performance • Review of minimum required reports • Addressing of any elevated Customer issues • Review of continuous improvement ideas that may help lower total costs and improve business efficiencies.

  • Conferences and Meetings Attend meetings with Contractor, such as preconstruction conferences, progress meetings, job conferences and other project-related meetings, and prepare and circulate copies of minutes thereof.

  • Professional Conferences Professional conferences are those conferences sponsored by educational organizations, institutions of higher learning, and government and industry concerning teaching, learning and educational research. When a full-time or part-time faculty member’s attendance at a professional conference conflicts with his/her regular assignment, the faculty member must submit a request for attendance to the appropriate Xxxx, Director, or Supervisor. If granted, the attendance at the conference will be considered leave with pay, and a follow-up report of the conference shall be submitted to the appropriate Supervisor.

  • Meetings and Conferences ‌ From time to time the Government may require attendance at Government conferences and meetings at no additional cost to the Government.

  • Pre-Job Conferences a) The Employer will notify the Union that a project has been awarded to the Employer following the award. Prior to the start of each project, a pre-job conference will be held to determine all site-specific issues as outlined in this Agreement. This conference may be conducted via telephone, through a scheduled meeting or by some other practical means as agreed to by the parties.

  • Review Meeting i. Either the BCTF or BCPSEA may request in writing a meeting to review the issues in a provincial matters grievance that has been referred to arbitration.

  • Investigatory Meetings A. An employee required to attend an investigatory meeting shall receive advance notice of such meeting. Such notice shall include:

  • Project Managers; Meetings 10.1 Promptly following the Effective Date, each Party shall designate a Project Manager responsible for coordinating the Party’s Work and shall provide the other Party with a written notice containing the name and contact information of such Project Manager (“Project Manager”). In no event shall any Project Manager be authorized to amend or modify the provisions of this Agreement. Each Party may change its Project Manager, from time to time, by written notice to the other Party.

  • SPECIAL CONFERENCES 24.01 Special conferences for important matters will be arranged between the union and the Human Resources Officer or designee, upon the request of either party. Such meetings shall be between the Union representatives and representatives of the Board. Arrangements for such special conferences shall be made in advance and an agenda of the matters to be taken up at the meeting shall be presented at the time the conference is requested. Matters to be taken up in special conferences shall be confined to those included in the agenda.
