Team Performance Measures. Team performance measures are to be developed by each Service Unit prior to the commencement of this EA and incorporated into a Work Activity Description for each team. Each Service Unit will complete a Work Activity Description in accordance with the format in Appendix C & C1 of this agreement. The Work Activity Description will incorporate the team’s performance measures which will be developed with the assistance of a Facilitator. Team performance measures must help drive the achievement of the outcomes of the BHSC’s Management Plan and may include but not be restricted to measures of: • Quality of Service • Timeliness • Cost EffectivenessWorkplace SafetyEnvironmental Management • Flexibility of working arrangements • Training (level and appropriateness of) • Employee participation • Resource Optimisation Team Performance measures must be agreed by the majority of employee’s within the Service Unit, and need to be approved by their Manager, the WCC, their Group Manager and the General Manager, who will take into consideration the motivational and organisational values of such measures and the ease of such measures to be communicated and measured
