Data Room Within ten (10) days of the date hereof, Sellers shall deliver to Purchasers a disk containing copies of all documents contained in the virtual data room maintained by Sellers as of the date hereof in connection with the sale of the Business.
Room The Manager grants the Resident occupancy of single space within a shared Resident unit in the Residence owned by the Institution known as: “Durham College Residence – Whitby Residence” (the “Residence”) for the duration of the Term. Dressing Rooms 42.1 Adequate dressing rooms with standard size lockers and sitting areas shall be provided if the physical facilities permit.
Alpine Areas The employer shall pay an Alpine disability allowance of $2.50 per hour worked on projects in alpine areas.
