T xxxx Parties. Except as expressly set forth in the Agreement, no provisions of the Agreement are intended nor shall be interpreted to provide or create any third-party beneficiary rights or any other rights of any kind in any other party. If the law governing the Agreement is English law, then a person who is not a party to the Agreement shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of the Agreement.
