Suspension of Supply. In addition to the rights and indemnification to which the Seller is entitled, if the Buyer fails to perform any of its payment obligations under this Agreement or any of its obligations relating to the bank guarantee defined in Section 7.4, the Seller shall be entitled to terminate electricity deliveries not earlier than on the third Calendar Day following its written notice sent to the Buyer until the date when the Buyer fully meets all of its due obligations (including the payment of all default interest and other incidental charges payable pursuant to this Agreement or the Laws). The Seller shall be exempted from the obligation to supply the electricity undelivered during the period of suspension, that is, the Seller is not obliged to make up for the quantity of electricity undelivered during the period of suspension even after the possible restart of supply.
Suspension of Supply. 17. (a) B.C.Hydro may, without notice to the Customer, suspend the supply of Electricity to the Customer for the purpose of protecting against harm to human life or property of any person.
Suspension of Supply. 23.1 The Service Provider remains liable to pay all Charges for the Services (or part of the Services) until the Services are Suspended. The Service Provider must pay all Charges for any part of the Services the supply of which has not been Suspended, except to the extent that the Service Provider is unable to use that part of the Service as a result of the Suspension of another part of the Services.
Suspension of Supply. IDT may immediately and indefinitely suspend the supply of Agreement Products, if IDT has a reasonable knowledge that its supply of Agreement Products to Sophia will infringe a third-party patent or otherwise put IDT at substantial risk of becoming the subject of litigation with a third-party. In such an event, IDT and Sophia will immediately make best efforts to redesign Agreement Products and Master Specification Documents so as to permit ongoing supply under the terms of the Agreement.
Suspension of Supply. If MEPL does not pay any amount due in accordance with this clause 5, Novogen Laboratories may suspend the supply of any further Compound to MEPL until payment is made.

Subject to Clause 4.8, the Supplier shall not be liable to the Customer for any interruption, reduction or impairment of the Supply to any Supply Point if it is caused by: an act of the Supplier; or the exercise of demand control by the Distribution Network Operator or the Transmission System Operator, in either case to ensure compliance with the Applicable Law (including the Act and the Regulations), the Supplier's Licence or any other Industry Document. If at the time of the suspension of the Supply the Supplier is in material breach of this Agreement or the Framework Agreement (other than for the reasons set out in Clause 4.7) the Supplier shall not obtain relief under Clause 4.7. If the Supply to a Supply Point is suspended as a result of an act of the Supplier, or by the exercise of demand control by the Distribution Network Operator or the Transmission System Operator, to ensure compliance with Applicable Law (including the Act and the Regulations), the Supplier's Licence or any other Industry Document: the Supplier shall give, and shall use reasonable endeavours to cause the Distribution Network Operator or the Transmission System Operator (as applicable) to give, to the Customer as much notice as possible of any interruption, reduction or impairment of Supply; and to the extent that it is not in the sole responsibility of the Distribution Network Operator or the Transmission System Operator under any Applicable Law or applicable Industry Document, the Supplier shall remedy any interruption, reduction or impairment to the Supply as soon as reasonably practicable.
Suspension of Supply. If Glycotex does not pay any amount due in accordance with this clause 5, Novogen Laboratories may suspend the supply of any further Compound to Glycotex until payment is made.
