Survival of Restrictions. Each and every provision of this Section 8 shall survive the termination of this Offer Letter or your employment (regardless of the reason for such termination).
Survival of Restrictions. The restrictions contained in this clause shall survive the termination of this Agreement and shall continue for two years from the date of termination.
Survival of Restrictions. The Participant will advise any future employer of the foregoing restrictions before accepting new employment. The restrictions in this section shall survive the termination of the Participant’s employment with the Company. If the Participant fails to comply with the timed restrictions in this Agreement, the restrictive time periods provided for will be extended by one day for each day the Participant is found to have failed to have complied up to a maximum of twenty-four (24) months.
Survival of Restrictions. In the event of a termination of this Agreement, all covenants and restrictions contained herein shall survive the termination and shall continue in full force and effect as provided for herein.
Survival of Restrictions. Each such Transferee shall not be deemed to be a Member until such Transferee has been admitted as a Member pursuant to the provisions of Section 4.4.

The post-employment restrictions provided for in this Agreement shall survive the termination of Employee's employment with Company regardless of the cause of the termination. If a Court or arbitrator finds that Employee has failed to comply with a time-limited restriction in this Agreement, the time period applicable to that restriction shall be extended by one day for each day Employee is found to have violated the restriction up to a maximum period of two (2) years so as to give the Company the full benefit of the time period bargained for.
Survival of Restrictions. In the event that any provision of this Section 6 relating to the time period of the non-solicitation, the breadth of restricted activities or other related matters, is declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to exceed the maximum restrictiveness such court deems reasonable and enforceable, then such aspects of this Section 6 as would be deemed reasonable and enforceable by the court will become and thereafter be the maximum restriction in such regard, and such restriction will remain enforceable to the fullest extent deemed reasonable by such court. The restrictions set forth in this Section 6 shall survive the termination of this Agreement or Employee's termination of employment.
Survival of Restrictions. Any restrictions contained herein regarding the manner in which IRU Grantee uses the IRU Fibers, including Section 1.3 below, shall continue to apply upon the early termination or expiration of this Agreement.
Survival of Restrictions. The provisions of this Paragraph 7 shall survive the expiration or termination, for any reason, of this Agreement or Executive's employment.
