Support of Migration Modules. Upon the first anniversary of the Effective Date and Client’s timely payment of annual maintenance and support fees for Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Modules, Client is entitled to receive, at no additional charge, maintenance and support for the Migration Modules until Xxxxx makes the Tyler Evergreen Modules available for use in live production. Following such period, Xxxxx shall continue to provide maintenance and support of the Migration Modules as set forth in Section I(23) of the Agreement. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.

  • Solicitations for Subcontracts, Including Procurement of Materials and Equipment In all solicitation, either by competitive bidding or negotiation, made by the Contractor for work to be performed under a subcontract, including procurement of materials or leases of equipment, each potential Subcontractor or supplier shall be notified by the Contractor of the Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement and the Regulations relative to non-discrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin.

  • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment.   • Software Use Case Red Hat Enterprise Linux Developer Suite Subscription Services for Red Hat Enterprise Linux Developer Suite are available for Development Purposes only.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.
