Support Activities. Except as stated in the applicable Program Addendum or as otherwise agreed upon between the parties in writing, you are not permitted to provide technical support for the Services and should direct any Customer support requests to LastPass through its standard support processes (e.g., the LastPass Support site located at xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/home).
