Pilot Scale definition

Pilot Scale means representative engineering scale model or prototype system which is well beyond the lab scale and tested in a relevant environment. Represents a major step up in the technology’s demonstrated readiness and is followed by commercialization.
Pilot Scale means a scale of production of at least 200 liters.
