Semi-Annual Reports. (A) The following semi-annual reports are due January 3 for the preceding six month reporting period ending December 31 (July through December) and are due July 3 for the preceding six month period ending June 30 (January through June):
Semi-Annual Reports. GSK shall provide the Joint Program Committee reports semi-annually. Such reports shall set forth in summary form the results of GSK's Commercialization activities performed during such semi-annual period in the Major Markets.
Semi-Annual Reports. Within thirty (30) days following the end of each six (6) month period during the term of the License with respect to each Accepted Cell Line, BMS shall provide to Athersys a written progress report that shall describe the results and developments of the use of such Accepted Cell Line, and the discovery, research and development of Candidate Compounds therewith. With such reports, BMS shall disclose to Athersys in summary form (i.e., in a manner that does not require BMS to disclose sensitive or competitively-enabling data or information) the development, making, conception or reduction to practice of all Candidate Compounds that are discovered, made, investigated, conceived or reduced to practice by use of such Accepted Cell Line or assays based thereon. In addition, BMS shall fully disclose to Athersys in each such report any Improvements that BMS may have developed during the period covered by such report.
Semi-Annual Reports. (Section II.6): The Project Sponsor shall submit Semi-annual Reports to the Air District summarizing Project progress. Semi-annual Reports shall be prepared on the Air District’s Semi- annual Report form. Due Dates: Beginning sixty (60) calendar days after the Effective Date, every April 15 and October 15 until the Expenditure Report has been submitted.
Semi-Annual Reports. On a semi-annual basis, the Manager shall provide FNF with the following reports for the preceding six months for the Property as a whole.
Semi-Annual Reports. Within 15 days after the end of each 6-calendar month period, a balance sheet for your Store as of the end of that semi-annual period; and
Semi-Annual Reports. Starting not later than forty-five (45) days after the first six (6) month from the Effective Date, the Borrower shall cause the Cadastre Agency to provide to the Bank a written report of: (a) the results of monitoring and evaluation of the Project, of such scope and in such detail as the Bank shall reasonably request; and (b) the status of the agreed performance monitoring indicators for the preceding six (6) months, and, thereafter, to furnish to the Bank not later than forty-five (45) days after each subsequent semiannual period another report on the same matters which shall cover such semiannual period.
Semi-Annual Reports. Within thirty (30) days following the end of each six (6)-month period of each calendar year, each Party shall provide to the members of the Joint Steering Committee a written report which shall summarize in reasonable detail the work it has performed under the Annual Research Plan during the preceding six (6)-month period.
Semi-Annual Reports. Clinigen shall provide the Joint Steering Committee a formal Commercialization report semi-annually. Such reports shall set forth in detail the results of Clinigen’s Commercialization activities related to the Licensed Product performed during such semi-annual period in each Country in the Territory. ***CERTAIN INFORMATION HAS BEEN OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE COMMISSION. CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT HAS BEEN REQUESTED WITH RESPECT TO THE OMITTED PORTIONS.
Semi-Annual Reports. Within sixty (60) days after the close of each semi-annual period of each Fiscal Year the Manager shall cause to be prepared and each Member shall be furnished with a balance sheet as of the last day of such semi-annual period and an income statement and a statement of cash flows for the Company for such semi-annual period and the notes associated with each.
