Supplementary Unemployment Benefits. 1. Supplementary Unemployment Benefits of $25.00 per week shall be paid for twenty-six (26) weeks during any period of fifty-two (52) weeks to an employee, who has applied for and is in receipt of unemployment insurance benefits, having more than one (1) year of continuous service, and who is temporarily laid off on account of a reduction of forces. The combined weekly payments received from the plan and the weekly rate of unemployment insurance benefits will not exceed 95 percent of the employees’ weekly earnings.
