Supplementary Family Illness Leave. Employees, having exhausted their Family Illness provisions under Article 16 (d) (ii) – Family Illness, shall be allowed up to a maximum of four (4) days with pay per calendar year of supplementary family illness where illness occurs in the immediate family of an employee as defined in Article 17 (d) – Bereavement Leave.
